About

Leanne Hart-Watson, a Personal Trainer of 20 years, wanted to bring fitness into the community without having to travel in to town to go to the gym. So in 2014, Piha Beach Fit began. What started as a small local class has grown into a regular part of life for many people in Piha.

The classes are held outdoors at the Piha Domain 3 times a week. Full-body circuit workouts, fun and challenging, adapted so that everyone can work at their own pace.

What makes Beach Fit distinctive is the people. It isn't about being the fittest, fastest, or strongest person in the group. It's about showing up, moving your body, and being part of a supportive community. Every session can be adapted - All ages, and all fitness levels welcome.

Leanne also offers one-on-one personal training for anyone wanting a more tailored programme.

Good energy, good vibes, and community connection. That's the Beach Fit offer.
